How to make a mixture cake for my love

How to make a mixture cake for my love

1 , In a medium bowl whisk together the cocoa
and boiling water until smooth. Cover and
cool to room temperature.
2 , In another bowl lightly combine the eggs,
1/4 of the cocoa mixture and the vanilla.
3 , In a large mixer bowl, preferably with the flat
beater, combine the flour, sugar, baking
powder, and salt, and mix on low speed for 30
seconds to blend.
4 , Add the butter and remaining cocoa mixture.
Mix on low speed until the dry ingredients
are moistened. Scrape down the sides.
Increase to medium speed (high speed if
using a hand-held mixer) and beat for 1-1/2 minutes. Scrape down the
sides.
5 , Add the egg mixture in 3 batches, beating for 20 seconds after each addition until fully incorporated.

6 , Scrape the batter into the prepared silicone baking pan and smooth the surface of the batter. For silicone cupcake case  and silicone muffin trays, fill almost to the top. For a silicone cube pan, fill no more than 1 inch from the top. For all other pans, fill no more than half full

7 , Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until a tester inserted near the center comes out clean and the cake springs back when pressed lightly in the center. Smaller sized cakes will take less time to bake.

8 , The cake should start to shrink from the sides of the silicone bread pan only after removal from the oven.

9 , Remove from the oven. Cool the cake in the pan and then unmold it onto a serving plate
